You Need to Do this to Get An Unfair Advantage in the Software Engineering Market

There is a tremendous opportunity in the software engineering market, with tons of people chasing to climb that corporate ladder. Needless to say, a lot of people fail in their attempt to climb this ladder but a few make it to the top.

As per my observation and experiences, people who stand out in this market don’t necessarily do something extraordinary or are born with unique characteristics that no one has. But one thing is common between them: They use an Unfair Advantage over their competitors.

We all are unique in different ways and have different abilities. A few are mentally strong and few are good at social engagement. These skills are something that requires a bit of a natural touch, and it’s safe to assume that people are born with them. Surely these give them a bit of Unfair Advantage, but not as much as it is required these days, especially in the software engineering market.

You can build your unfair advantage. Many of them have, not by doing something extraordinary, but something so simple that most of the people neglect it and end up losing to those who did it.

In this article, I talk about some of the ways that you can get an unfair advantage while competing in the market. On opening this article, you would notice that these things are obvious and anyone can do that, but trust me, very few people execute this.

This is the practical case: People will click on the article link and very few of them will make to it the end. A huge amount of competitors have gotten out of the match already. Then there would be completers, but very few of them will think about executing them. From these thinkers, lesser ones will go and execute it and make it till the end. Not because it’s tough, but because it’s too easy and makes them feel bored. And this feeling keeps a lot of them back.
